By using ScopeSnap ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ScopeSnap provides photo documentation tools for contractors and service professionals. You can upload job site photos, organize them by job, generate PDF reports, and email reports to your customers.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to create additional jobs. Existing jobs and photos remain accessible regardless of subscription status.
You retain full ownership of all photos, reports, and data you upload. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We only use your content to provide the Service.
You agree not to:
ScopeSnap is a documentation tool. GPS coordinates and timestamps are provided by your device and are not independently verified by ScopeSnap. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that GPS or timestamp data will be accepted as legal evidence in any jurisdiction. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
ScopeSnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but we are not responsible for data loss. We recommend maintaining your own backup copies of important photos.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
